Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RombaStudio collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services.

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Summary

We collect only the information needed to operate, improve, secure, support, and, where applicable, monetize our apps. We do not process sensitive personal information. You can contact us at contact@rombastudio.com for privacy questions or data deletion requests.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request support, or otherwise communicate with RombaStudio.

Our mobile applications may request access to device features only when needed for app functionality. Depending on the app, this may include storage access, device information, app usage information, crash diagnostics, IP address, approximate location derived from your device or network, operating system, device model, browser type, mobile carrier, and similar technical data.

If an app requests access to location, storage, or another device permission, you can allow or deny that permission in your device settings. Some features may not work correctly if required permissions are disabled.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as biometric data, precise financial information, government identifiers, or health information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our apps and services; troubleshoot issues; understand usage trends; prevent fraud or abuse; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and, where applicable, show advertising or measure advertising performance.

We process personal information only when we have a valid reason to do so, such as your consent, our legitimate business interests, the need to provide the service you requested, legal obligations, or protection of vital interests.

3. Advertising, Analytics, and Service Providers

Some RombaStudio apps may use third-party service providers for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, hosting, and similar operational services.

These providers may process device data, usage data, advertising identifiers, approximate location, or similar technical information on our behalf or according to their own privacy policies. Categories of third parties may include ad networks, data analytics services, and performance monitoring tools.

We do not allow service providers to use information we share with them except as needed to provide their services, comply with law, or as otherwise described in their own privacy notices.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our websites and online services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the service, analyze traffic, remember preferences, and support advertising or measurement.

Most browsers allow you to remove or block cookies. Some features may be limited if cookies are disabled.

5. Third-Party Links

Our apps or websites may contain links to third-party websites, online services, mobile apps, or advertisements. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services. Please review their privacy policies directly.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely store it until deletion is possible, such as when data is held in backups.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly market to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, or complain to a data protection authority.

To exercise privacy rights or request deletion of data associated with a RombaStudio app, email contact@rombastudio.com. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.

You can also control many mobile permissions, advertising identifiers, location settings, and app data through your device settings.

10. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information are collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared; the right to request deletion or correction; the right to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

To make a California privacy request, email contact@rombastudio.com. If you use an authorized agent, we may request proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf.

11. Do-Not-Track Signals

Some browsers and mobile systems offer Do-Not-Track signals. Because there is no uniform standard for recognizing these signals, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that requires us to respond, we will update this policy.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be shown by the revised date above and will become effective when posted.

13. Contact Us
